Vinyl Fence Stake Hanger
Description
I have a trailing blackberry that gets quite large. The branches can extend 10-15' if I don't prune them down. In the past I have stapled thin wire to wooden stakes so I could tie the branches up and spread them out more, but it was a hassle to make adjustments later. The stakes are also only about 5' long, so after you get them planted in the ground they aren't very tall. These brackets and hooks let me hang the branches much higher so they get more of the afternoon sun, and can be adjusted. The main bracket and the square hook slide down over the stake and twist into place. They can be untwisted and adjusted up or down as needed. A screw can be added to prevent it from moving or coming undone, but all of them have been tight enough to hold so far. The curved hooks are just basic hooks, but can be secured with zip ties or with small screws. Printed with PETG. We will see how they do as the weather warms up, but there also isn't much weight on them.
