Plywood Quick Corner Clamps (2nd set of hands)
Description
Update: Added versions of 1/2" one (15/32") and the 3/4" versions as follows: V2 of 3/4" Adds 1mm chamfers to ease assembly V3 of 3/4" Thickens the walls to 6mm (ThickBoi) from 4mm and is chamfered. V4 of 3/4" Same as V3 but spacing increased to 23/32" (0.7185") in case 0.70 is too tight of a fit. V2 of 1/2" Adds chamfers End Update; These are 3/4 ply (0.70" thickness) 90 degree clamps for box/cabinet/shelf joinery. I got the idea from a name brand wood woorking product where 4 of these sell for 10$ and are made out of plastic. I thought I can print those for $0.10 worth of plastic. While I was at it I made some changes to allow for 1 side only to pass through in case you want a T Joint (shelf) rather than a L Joint (corner top/bottom) Right now this is just for 3/4" ply (0.70"). But I will soon add one for 1/2" ply(12mm). I made the one side and print a mirror copy using slicing software. If anyone can't do that leave a comment and I'll upload a mirror STL file. Print 4 minimum but 8 is probably better. Sidewalls and bottom are 4mm thick, let me know via comments if you'd like to see changes (additions, subtractions, thicker overall, no 45 degree web, etc...). Don't forget to print half of them as mirror images!
