Dual Gear Extruder Arm for Anet E10, E12, etc...

Description

I recently bought an inexpensive dual gear extruder to help with consistent extrusion, and more reliable prints with TPU. The design of the Anet E10 and E12 are such that the input path for the filament is too close to the Z lead screw. Also, the stepper motors would need to be reversed to go in the right direction. So I needed to figure out an easy way to get this working. The extruder arm on the upgrade I bought does not have a threaded hole for a PTFE connector. So, I designed this one based on the original. I just added the connector hole and a 4mm hole going to the dual gears. I put a short piece of PTFE tube to guide the filament out of the extruder so there is no room for TPU to escape. Trim PTFE Insert to an arrow tip to keep filament contained. Works great with PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, etc... Enjoy! :) p.s. The model prints and functions very well! Update: New version uploaded with reinforced arms.
