<H1>PopSocket Modular mount.</H1> <font size="3">So i was looking for some Popsocket mounts but dint find any i liked so i designed one my self. This is design for my phone and car so if it don't fit just tell me and i will make it more universal. <h2><b>Phone stand you will need:</b></h2><ul> <li>1x PopSocket Stand Base.</li> <li>1x PopSocket Stand Pole 30/40 deg.</li> <li>1x PopSocket Mount.</li> <li>1x M3x20mm slotted screw.</li> <li>1x M3 nut.</li> <li>1x 4,2x32mm slotted wood screw.</li> </ul> If you need a longer/shorter PopSocket Stand pole just download the STEP-file and edit the length your self. <br/> <p><h2><b>Car mount you will need:</b></h2><ul> <li>1x PopSocket car mount.</li> <li>1x PopSocket mount or PopSocket Mount + Support if you are going to use PopSocket Mount arm Support.</li> <li>1x M3x20mm slotted screw.</li> <li>1x M3 nut.</li></ul> <b>Optinal:</b> <ul><li>1x PopSocket Mount Arm Support.</li> <li>1x PopSocket Swivel ball Mount Thread.</li> <li>1x Popsocket Swivel ball Mount nut.</li> <li>1x PopSocket Swivel Ball Mount Ball.</li> <li>2x 1,5x15mm steel wire</li> <li>1x M3x20mm slotted screw.</li> <li>1x M3 nut.</li></ul></p> If you need a longer/shorter PopSocket Mount Arm Support just download the STEP-file and edit the length your self.<br> You may need to glue some parts together so they don't turn. <br/> <H2><b>Print settings and orientations:</b></h2> I have used PLA and works fine for me, where i live we dont get it to hot in the summer. but i recommend to use Petg or something better so that the parts don't deforme. <ul> <li>PopSocket Mount is printed flat with Support everywhere and with Brim, print solid, use the lowest Resolution for best fitment. <li>PopSocket Mount + Support is printed flat with Support everywhere and with Brim, print solid, use the lowest Resolution for best fitment. <li>PopSocket Mount Arm Support Printed solid. <li>PopSocket Stand Base printed flat with 25<% infill with any Resolution. <li>PopSocket Stand Pole printed standing 20<% infill with any Resolution. <li>PopSocket Swivel Ball mount ball printed standing 25<% infill lowest Resolution. <li>PopSocket Swivel Ball Mount Nut printed standing with the flatest surface down 25<% infill lowest Resolution. <li>PopSocket Swivel Ball Mount Thread printed standing with the flatest surface down 25<% infill lowest Resolution. <li>PopSocket Car Mount printed sideways 25<% infill any Resolution but lower is better. <li>Use at least 4 top/bottom layers and 5 walls.</li> </ul> <br> <H2><b>Update 05.07.2020</b></h2> <ul><li>Added a new PopSocket Mount with support for a Arm support.</li> <li>Added PopSocket Arm Support.</li> <li>Added Step-file for PopSocket Arm Support.</li> <li>tweak PopSocket Car Mount to fit 1,5mm steel wire so that the PopSocket Swivel Ball mount Thread won't turn.</li> <li>tweak PopSocket Swivel Ball mount Thread to fit 1,5mm steel wire.</li></ul> <H2><b>Update 15.06.2020</b></h2> <ul><li> Update file names and stl.</li> <li>Fix wall thickness on PopSocket Swivel Ball Mount Nut.</li> <li>Small twiks onPopsocket Swivel Ball Mount Thred.</li> <li>fix PopSocket Pole angeles.</li> <li>Added Step-file for PopSocket Stand pole 30/40 deg so you can edit the length to your desire.</li></ul> <br> <h2><b>Planning to at:</b></h2> <ul><li>Dash mount.</li> <li><del>Support mount so the phone don't turn around when use inn car.</del></li> <li>Some short of articulating arm.</li> <li>Tripod mound.</li> <li>Bike cycle mount.</li></ul> If u have some other ides for some mounts just tell me and i will try to make it.
