Maker Select | Wanhao i3 PSU Cover 120mm Fan Adapter + 30A Mos Tube Mosfet Mount

Description

Thanks for checking out my remix. I created this due to "normal" mosfet boards being out of stock, there are plenty of "normal" remixes of these parts out there, but none that fit the custom size of these particular boards. --- Remixed from [polysquare's 120mm Power Supply Fan adapter](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1858633) and [seb_tron's 30A Mos Tube Mosfet adapter](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3595898). **polysquare's description of the Fan Adapter:** > The adapter mounts to the printer using the screws from the original > metal back-plate. > > The fan mounts by sliding in from the top, using it's screws as > "hooks". You can adjust the tightness of the friction fit by adjusting > the these screws. I used this attachment method because the included > fan screws were not long enough to screw through the fan into the > adapter. > > There are screw holes to mount the power inlet. However, because the > original machine screws did not bite into the printed plastic very well, I > used exterior-grade mounting tape between the adapter and the power > inlet mounting flanges instead. This turned out to be much more rigid > than using two screws. > > I installed the adapter using the hex wrenches that came with the > printer. However, it was tedious because the wrenches are quite short. > It became much easier when I used longer hex drivers. **For the Mosfet mount, from seb_tron:** > 4x M3 11mm screws > 4x nuts to be fixed under the frame --- I ordered the Mosfet boards off Amazon: - [3D Printer Accessories 30A Mos Tube Heat Bed Power Module Expansion Board High Current Load Module Mos Tube Hotend Replacement with Cables](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C7RQ4C6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1) **From the Amazon description of the Mosfet Board:** > - Based on powerful MOSFET HA210NO6 > - Dimensions: 70 x 45mm/ approx 2.76 x 1.77" > - Distance between holes: 62.8mm x 37.8mm/ approx 2.47" x 1.49" > - Supply/Operating Voltage: 12V-50V (12-24VDC recommended) > - Max Current: 30A > - Enhanced heat dissipation, safe for prolonged times. > - This module is based on power MOSFET and will allow PID control of the heated bed (DC-DC Relays usually do not allow this) --- The part has already been run through Netfabb for cleanup, it was meshed in Tinkercad.
