Description
I Made This To Create A False Floor On My Post Box Since Water Always Comes In And The Letters Would Get Wet. With This Thing Water Stays Low And The Letters Don'T Get Wet. I Added "Legs" To Bob869'S Design So That Water Can Accumulate Evenly.
