120mm Fan Exhaust Adapter
Description
I've added a small CNC Router/Laser to my bench. After one trial with the laser it became clear that exhaust ventilation was not optional (my room smelt like a fireplace for days - wasn't really too unpleasant). My wife was going to get rid of these containers because the lids were bent pretty badly. I picked the best of them and will use it inverted, as an enclosure. I ordered a 120mm fan and designed an adapter to mount the fan to some 4" dryer vent hose. I'll cut a hole in container and mount the fan then the other end has a custom designed adapter to fit our specific brand of window. I plan to use cardboard to finish closing off the window if fumes drifting back inside becomes a problem.
