Fiskars "Power-Stroke" Saw Bracket Replacement

Fiskars "Power-Stroke" Saw Bracket Replacement

Description

This is a replacement part for the Fiskars "Power-Stroke" pruning stick saw bracket. FYI, Fiskars does sell a replacement part for ~$10 delivered. https://www.fiskars.com/en-us/gardening-and-yard-care/products/tree-pruners/pruning-stik-replacement-saw-bracket-71007379 The original part is made from Glass-Reinforced-Plastic (GRP) which is fairly tough. Despite that I managed to snap if off when tangled in some Bittersweet vines. The original design as seen in the link has the saw blade base extending some way away from the pole clamp, creating a good lever arm to break it. FDM printed plastics are not up to that challenge as I quickly discovered. I have modified the design to reduce the chance of breakage, it doesn't seem to negatively effect the use of it. I recommend using the strongest material you have, at least PETG or PC, I ended using ePA-CF (nylon with carbon-fiber). A 1/4-20 1" carriage bolt and wing-nut is used to replace the metal stud that is embedded in the original.
