Remix of OpenAstroTracker - DSLR tracking & GoTo mount

A remix of the OpenAstroTracker by openastrotech I should point out that there is nothing wrong with the original design The reasons for me creating a remix are; 1. I didn't have any 12mm M3 machine screws, just every other length 2. Felt it could benefit from some some tweeks to the 2GT belt holding 3. Wanted it to look, not better but more pleasing to my eye (very subjective) 4. I wanted a slightly more robust mount for my Celestron C90 MAK spotting scope
