Brake light gasket Kawasaki Concours ZG1000a with STEP file
Description
For a *2001 Kawasaki Concours ZG1000a* and similar years. I placed LED brake lights (with strobe *"Back Off"*) and had the gasket break. They are probably cheap, likely a week+ to order... 20 minuyes later you can have this for 8 cents. I printed this in a medium firm TPU (Solutech) - But I suppose Nylon or PETG or ABS would all be better than direct lens to housing contact. I would try full size for ABS (it will shrink), maybe scaled down 0.5mm (99.5%) for TPU. Mine worked but could be a tad snugger than it is. Universal CAD STEP file included for easy modifications. Keep the shiny side UP!
