Motorpylon for a small rc glider like the LIDL glider

Description

Motorpylon for a small glider. I designed this for a 1806/2400kv dronemotor on a LIDL glider. The holes for the motor are 8 mm apart. I use a 5 mm carbon stick. Wood or glassfiber will also do the job. I glued a piece of plywood 20 mm x 30 mm x 3 mm on top of the fuselage and attached the base to it with 2 servo screws. you can also use 4 screws if you want. There are 5 x 2 mm holes to attach the base to the plywood. Use a 3 mm locknut and bolt to attach the sticklowerpart to the base. The pylon should not go fully vertical, so stop it with a piece of metal or use StickBase2.stl. StickBase2 is another design where you dont need a metal stop. You have to find out yourself how much "up" lift it needs. The Uplift compensates the downforce the motor creates when its turned on. It tips the nose down a bit so to speak. You can also mix a bit up elevator when turning on the motor. I am used to these kind of pylons on bigger gliders, so when I start I always keep the elevator a bit up.
