Anycubic Chiron 5015 Blower
Description
This is a blower mount for the 5015 style blower that incorporates a mount for the fan board and hot end cooler. This mount allows you to leave the bed leveling sensor bracket in place. The installation is pretty straight forward, the only extra parts you need are some screws. ***Screws Needed*** 5 x 6mm M3 hex screws --->3 screws to mount the fan board --->2 for mounting the base plate to the trolly 5 x 16mm M3 hex screws --->4 for mounting the hot end fan --->1 for mounting the 5015 blower I would recommend installing the fans first then mounting the unit to the trolly. Along the top side of the hotend fan mount is an over hang to hide the fan wires. Be sure to route the wires prior to completely installing the fan. As far as the temp sensor and heat element wires I clocked the heat block so the wires can run up the back side of the cooler and over the top of the mount to the fan board holder. After you have mounted it route the wires to the fan board mount. Install the wires to the fan board and the mount the fan board to the mount. Once everything is mounted up loosen the 2 mount screws and adjust the blower up and down accordingly so it does not rub on the print.
