Volume of Revolution - Shells 2
Description
This is the fourth of 4 models used in Calculus to investigate volumes of revolution. You can find the worksheet used with the model at https://graspthemath.wordpress.com/integral-calculus/ under Volume of Revolution - Shells. The hex's should press fit into the two inside pieces and two outside pieces. You may need to scale the hex's due to differences in printer tolerances. If you can print the shell2c piece in TPU, it will be flexible so students can see the shell can be unrolled into a rectangle.
