# TS100 SOLDER PORTABLE BOX Spacious and portable TS100 soldering iron box. I have been using it for about two years and am very pleased with the layout. It contains a soldering iron, 4 soldering iron tips, a stand, a box for a consistent flux, a box for additional solder (I use it to store the Rose alloy), little spool of desoldering wire, a Zip bag with spare parts, some soldering wire on spool, and also a screwdriver for fixing nozzles. ##Parts List: **1) Main box** *Main Case - Box.stl* **2) Main cover** *Main Case - Cap.stl* **3) Large holder** *Big Holder.stl* **4) Small holder** *Small Holder.stl* **5) Box for flux** *Flux Box.stl* *Flux Box - Cap.stl* **6) Extra box** *Additional box.stl* *Additional box - cap.stl* **7) Small coil for solder** *Soldering spool - Left part.stl* *Soldering spool - Right part.stl* Assembly requires M3x16mm screw and M3 nut **8) Set of four soldering iron tips** **9) Soldering iron TS100** **10) Extra sponge** **11) 1.5mm hexagon for fixing nozzles** **12) T-Stand Soldering Iron Stand** Since the box was designed to be worn in a tool bag, all the parts fit quite tightly so there would be no bounce. It was also decided to abandon the liquid flux and use a consistent flux placed in the box.
