Simple servo auto bed leveller for Geetech i3 Pro B
Description
I looked at lots of auto bed levelling systems and one feature most have is a lack of clearance. Therefore I drew up this design which utilises a cheap sg90 servo and mouse limit switch. There are only 3 main parts the the servo box, the rotor and the flag which has two small rings for trigger and stop. It is wired the same as the 3D touch but uses the standard z micro switch connection as a direct replacement With a clean bed the std deviation was 0.009mm which is ok in my book. The micro switch was a tiny one from a mouse and theses are available on EBay D2FC-F-7N. It was drawn in Pro-Desktop. The unit screws onto the mount under the Geetech i3 Pro B extruder and the servo extends under the mount close but not too close to the hot end. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7KxjlgqKA44 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hnLXu49-WnE Modifications : I have included a 2nd design which prints a V6-J hot end holder with a combined bed leveller using the original microswitch and sg90 servo. I have also included the dxf files for laser cutting the rotor with a spline for more secure mounting. The laser cut parts are assembled and glued. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gs4FVH9Xf4o
