2040 Profile Top Spool Holder
Description
A simple spool holder to be placed at the top of a 2040 extrusion. It has a 120 mm aperture to accommodate large spools like PM and others. You will need a threaded rod that can be 6 or 8 mm diameter (the top groove is about 9 mm diameter), and two universal spool holders. I used this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:124649 Attach it to the 2040 extrusion with 2x M5x16 screws and respective t-nuts. Depending on the slot you may need to add a washer.
