CNC Vacuum Shoe with Cyclone Dust Separator

Description

This is a cyclone dust separator I made for my Genmitsu router. I used a Karcher TV1 for the vacuum. The link for the vacuum is below. https://www.amazon.com/Karcher-Indoor-Wet-Vacuum-Yellow/dp/B07C8BD51Q The inlet to the dust separator was designed to fit a hose I purchased on Amazon. The link is below. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000XXXT9S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I used my laser cutter to cut out the gaskets. I'm not sure that the gaskets are needed, but I wanted to cut something. The link to the gasket material is below and they were cut using the "Gaskets.dxf" file. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074HQ9TBP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 A 2.5 gallon bucket was purchased from HomeDepot and the lid was cut using the "laser cutout.dxf" file The cyclone dust separator was assembled using M5 hardware. The hose clip was attached using two 12mm M4 screws and t-nuts. The vacuum shoe was mounted to the motor using two 12mm M4 screws. The vacuum shoe brush was purchased from Amazon and was held on using a hose clamp for Homedepot.
