Filament Guide for Slack Lack Enclosure
Description
I was having under-extrusion problems with my slack lack enclosure when printing with some smaller sizes of filament rolls. The filament spool roller put the smaller rolls at a weird feed angle, causing too much friction. My printer struggled to draw the filament off the roll, so I designed a system to guide the filament through the enclosure top. The Filament_Guide and Swivel_Guide_Mount have recesses for magnets to hold them together, but they are a pretty tight fit on their own, so magnets aren't necessarily needed. The Swivel_Guide has an area cut out where the filament enters the feeder that can be used to stuff a dust cloth in, for filament filtering. I cut a piece off of a Swiffer duster and tuck it into the recess.
