Brake Pad organizer - Wilwood 7912 Powerlite

Keep yourself organized in the pits at your next track day or race day. This is an organizer box for Wilwood 7912 size pads, specifically for Wildwood compounds like the BP-10, BP-20, and Polymatrix. One box fits one set (front or back) or pads. I got sick of seeing my pads rattle around in the small boxes they're shipped with, or packing the box with bubble wrap. Laying them out in an organized way makes it that much easier to prevent mixing up compounds, keep track of pad rotation, etc. My design keeps the pads fairly constrained but isn't super snug. I wanted them to not rattle around yet not need to be pressed into their slots or cause any damage to the friction material of the brake pads. Note: some brands like Cobalt have slightly thicker backing plates. There's not as much uniformity between brands as I originally assumed. I will likely upload more versions of the box later that fit these pads. There are two options available here: + a snap-fit box requiring two printed parts. same STL, just mirror one - more explanation below. + a box with no top - just one part To make the snap fit box, print the file without 'no_snap' in the filename. Then in your slicer, mirror it across the short side of the model) and print another one. Either can be the top or the bottom. Eventually I might design a version that doesn't require two separate parts, but I was happy with the snap fit so left it here for now. I'd recommend throwing a rubber band around the box if it's going in your toolbox.
