No-Fit puzzle by Niek Neuwahl

Description

I remember playing with this puzzle as a kid, but had forgotten all about it until my brother sent me a video of it and asked if it could be printed on my printer. Easier said than done because I could not find a STL for it. So, after much tweaking, I came up with my own version of it in Fusion 360. This "No Fit" puzzle was designed by the award winning Dutch puzzle designer, Niek Neuwahl decades ago. It is clever because the puzzle appears to be solved with five large pieces. Yet you ALSO have to fit the cube into it. Each of the individual puzzle pieces are in the orientation in which they go together without the cube in it. This could possible give some people a clue as to how it goes together, so I mixed it up a bit in the "all pieces" STL file. Some are rotated 45-degrees or 90-degrees just so there is no real way to look at the top layer in order to determine piece orientation. But, once all assembled with the cube in place, all of the pieces are [now] face up. NOTE: Please excuse the roughness of the print in the images. It was my prototype to test the final fit.
