Locutus mask
Description
Here is my version of Locutus mask from Star Trek The Next Generation. I recreated some of the features based on screen shoots and I also added a little bit of my interpretation. The mask is scaled to large male head (58cm circumference), but you can scale it to fit your head in slicing software. It's also perfect fit to my had shape (3D scanned my head), but you can use hair dryer to warm up the plastic and reshape it slightly should you need to. The holes for corrugated pipes are 15mm OD and there is a slot for 5mm LED on the side. On the back there is a slot for 9V battery should you decide to use arduino or simply power the LED. NOTE: It hasn't been test printed yet, but I will do it next month once I get a chance. UPDATE: 17/07/2020 - After test print, turns out that 2 components on part one wouldn't print properly.
