EEW NANO 4-bobbin Lazy Kate - modular print
Description
A 4-bobbin Lazy Kate specifically designed for the EEW Nano bobbins. with options for solid arches, pieced arches for smaller print beds, tension or non-tension feet. Prints without supports Print the feet upside down (pins down), bobbin pegs upright with the pin end down, and the 4 (2) arch pieces with the 1.5mm filet down (Smaller of the filets, top filet is 5mm) *Print pegs on their flat end and use with care, or print on the side with supports and sand to smooth after print. Print: 4 bobbin pegs 2 feet (two non tension, - OR - 1 of each right and left tension) 2 each of arch parts 1 and 2 - OR - two whole arches 2 tension pegs if using tension Don't glue the pegs! The pegs come in and out for adding bobbins. You can CA the feet to the arch or keep everything modular for storage/travel. CA the arch parts together. *If the bobbin pegs are too snug (they should just slide in and not get stuck in the arches) I’ve found it’s easier to file a bit off the pegs than try to file down the arch holes. Time of publication: Tension version not tested. PRINT TENSION PINS on their sides with support for strength or they'll snap under stress. EDIT: user has posted that on a different printer than my Ender 3 Pro, printing the bobbin pegs at 105% allows the pegs to fit snugly and still be removed easily.
