Fan size adapter 40 mm to 60 mm with holder for 5 mm LED

I rebuilt the hotend on my "Ender 3 Pro" and wanted to install a larger 60x60 mm fan with a higher airflow instead of the original 40x40 mm fan. Meanwhile, I have an Ender 3 hotend cooler for 60 mm fans designed from scratch.
