Wallbox with 6 RJ45 Keystone sockets
Description
Having not been able to find one with 6 sockets, I decided to remix an existing one, so I took the sizes and remade the entire model. To calibrate your printer for the correct size print the Keystone piece first. scale should be 1.1cm on Z. test if your RJ45 Keystone plugs fit, rescale and adjust until it fits well. Then rescale the Wallmount plate at the same percentage (%) and you are good to go :-) I printed it on using the following patameters: Filament: 1.75mm PLA Layer: 0.01mm Bed: 60ºC , covered with masking tape Extruder: 210ºC Speed: 100mm/s 1st layer: 20% of full speed Fill: 30% quick hexagon panels (don't make it 100% fill, way too much) Time to print, arround 1 night... Generate supports for everything (Removing them is a pain, but needed) The Keystone adapter box for calibration size should be: Z:11.1 mm, X:18.7mm, Y:26.1 mm -+0.1mm
