Ender 5 Fan Shroud (Remix)
Description
I really like misterpeppery fan shroud. The nozzle's view is not block and the the water test show that it blowing pretty much centered. The problem I faced was that over a few hrs of print, the left side starts to sag which is not a good thing. So I did a remix and designed a support to solve the problem. The remix was done in Fusion360 with the help of vernier caliper and pepper of curses. The actual images you see is my 2nd prototype which had a support that was 2mm too thick and it pushes against the belt end. I do not like to waste filament, so I cut off a bit to make it into hanger and it works. The stl files attached takes into account of the 2mm, so it should work fine. No support is needed for this print. No extra screws needed. Work on stock Ender 5 parts. It takes a little time to adjust it into place because tolerance is a bit tight.
