7530 Creality/Ender Hot End shroud AIO compact.
Description
{{{Go easy on my pictures of builds. Usually try to get a proof of concept first to work out any mistakes}}} This is a remix of another hot end that Im trying to tweak. Im playing around with if you push more air through that it wont matter that the air is shared between the part and hot end. It performed well with 5015 fans, so now trying for a little more before I go really overkill. You will have to tweak if you have direct drive or even just removing that back part that clips onto the carriage, you will be fine for most stock hotend setups. Got to mounting this and found the 7530 fan I have doesnt quite fit with the adaptor I threw on there without removing the left hand side "retaining slot" so that it only holds onto the fan on one side of the mouth. With that mod the fan sits nicely and a tiny bit of super glue will hold it on. HIGHLY recommend only using this shroud/duct when printing with materials that usually require no cooling or a heated environment. Use this on PLA and the spagetti monster will be sure to visit. PETG/PC/Nylon/ABS should benefit from heated air. Ive tried on PETG and Nylon with very great results. I dont really do benchys since I can see the difference if any in each and every print. Ill do a before and after benchy when asked to save on materials.
