Cheap chinese rain gauge extention
Description
This is an extention for the cheap chinese [WH-SP-RG](https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?catId=0&initiative_id=SB_20200711004747&SearchText=WH-SP-RG) rain meter. The new collecting surface has been calculated for the gauge to tip every 0.1mm instead of the stock 0.2794mm, enabling for better measurement of light rains
