VAG Tank cap repair
Description
Hello, If your tank cap stay always in "unlocked" position, it might be the shuttle who snapped. It's not easy to open the tank cap, you will need to clamp the part with the key barrel in a vice and take a plate screwdriver to declips the part with the screw. I recommand to remove the o-ring before doing that. Once done, you will need to take a spring from a pen and to replace it with the original who is too strong (maybe you need to cut it to have the correct length). I recommand to use strong matérial as such as PETG or ABS for this. Enjoy it! V.A.G: 1J0 201 553 B
