Clips for Neon Rope Light
Description
I purchased a neon rope-light for under cabinet use a few months ago. The standard clips for mounting were lacking in rigidity and in quantity and I couldn't find an option to purchase more. I recently purchased a 3D printer and decided this was a problem I could solve. So I fussed about in Fusion 360 for a bit after a couple tweaks this is what I've come up with. The zip tie channel is .125" (3.17 mm) wide and .06" (1.53 mm) high. It is a snug fit and I had to use pliers to pull some of the zip ties through. The screw holes are .200" (5.07 mm) diameter.
