Foot Massage Roller
Description
Here is a treatment for a foot ailment that strikes many people, plantar fasciitis. When you have plantar fasciitis, you usually feel pain in the bottom of the heel or the arch of the foot. Some people describe the pain as feeling like a bruise or an ache. The pain tends to gradually go away once you begin walking around. Simply place the massage roller on the floor, remove your shoes and while seated roll your foot back and forth across the roller. A foot roller stretches the plantar fascia and increases flexibility to help treat heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. You are essentially massaging the foot. You want to encourage bloodflow and reduce tightness. The foot roller has a working width of 150mm. The wheels are 10mm wide. My print is made in PETG 1.75mm 3DFillies black filament for the roller and Aurarum TPU (for ground traction) black for the wheels, with 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill on a PRUSA I3 MK3S printer. I hope you can find this print useful, too.
