SKR 1.4 (Turbo) Case & Magnetic Lid (ENDER 3 PRO)
Description
I just got a SKR v1.4 Turbo and I wanted a nice case easy to print and with honeycomb. I updated the Case and Lid, wtih better tolerances for the magnets as I struggle a bit to make them fit in their place. Also the files are already on printing position TO COME: Change orientation of honeycomb in order to improve printing (To be release soon) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DOESNT NEED SUPPORT! - You can print on this orientation BUT enable BRIDGE SETTINGS on CURA - Put the Fan when the printer is doing the bridge so it will print on top of the fan (Or use supports but this procedure save you 6h) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MINOR UPDATE: - Added 3030 Fan Cover for the sides ;) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTES: 1. I designed this case in order to just slide in place and use the two original bolts for holding in place. 2. For the lid I used 6 magnets 6mmx1mm. 3. In total im running 3 fans. - 30x30 24v Fan x2 on the side. - 40x40 24v Fan on the lid. 4. For hardware you will need. - 3m Bolts 15mm x4 for holding in place the SKR board and reaching the shoes . - 3m bolts 15mm x8 for the lateral fans . - 3m bolts 20mm x4 for the fan on the lid. - 3m Screw x8 to insert in the shoes and the lid fan. 5. Use the settings for 0.28 but with initial layer at 0.2 for better look. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
