CT90 Sealed Battery Holder with 12v Converter and Switch Mount
Description
This is a plate that'll hold a sealed 6v battery for a Honda CT90. It slides into where the battery box would normally be and covers the majority of the hole nicely. I run a 12v converter so it has holes to mount that, as well, along with a hole for an ignition cutoff switch. There are also other files on here without those holes if you don't want them. At the bottom of the box, I bent the existing mount tab a little to wedge in this plate. Eventually I'll change the file to actually connect into it, but haven't yet. I printed it flat side down at 35% cubic infill and 5 layer walls in PLA so the battery holding part printed solid, it feels plenty strong. You may need to drill out the hole at the top slightly depending on your bolt up there. Eventually I'll re-do it in PETG for better heat resistance, since it sits pretty close to the exhaust, but it hasn't been an issue yet.
