Fan and radiator Mount

Fan and radiator Mount

Description

A fan and radiator mount system for twin 120mm computer fans and a 4 tube transmission cooler for the radiator. V1.22 is the current and I believe also the final version. please note that "plenum inner" has been renamed to "fan mount plate" all hardware for V 1.22 is M4 x 20 Allen screws and matching nuts when mounting to sheet steel. I designed and printed version 1.20 for a DIY TIG torch water cooler I am building. I saw room for improvement hence V1.21 but V1.20 is good enough that I don't need to print V1.21 and waste the first set. V 1.20 may in some applications have an advantage so I have included both versions. One of the requirements I had for this design is for the radiator to be electrically insulated from the metal casing; this can be achieved when correctly installed with this mount system. "fan mount plate" and "plennum inner" are meant to mount on opposite sides of a cutout in a metal casing. the radiator mounts to "plennum inner" there are matching holes provided. The half versions are so they can be printed on a 200 x200 mm print bed; print two each; they are symmetrical. transmission cooler used is... Speed Daddy Overall size: 12.75" x 5.00" x 0.75" Core size: 9.50" x 5.00" 0.75" Manufacturer Part Number: SDD-TOC1BK I went to fit this up to the radiator last week, and found another error in the spacing of the radiator Mount bolts in the top to bottom direction; the width was fine. V 1.22 corrects this and more, but if you have already printed this, the correction is fairly simple matter of just drilling some new holes in the correct positions. This system could likely be used for hard core computer mods and a variety of other applications. https://youtu.be/GzGY6UsYGWg https://youtu.be/zKMv1JOgGcY If you like my work, please hit "like" and check out my other uploads as well.
