GoTek to QuickDisk adapter for Roland MT-100

I will be surprised if more people need this one. This is an adapter for using a GoTek floppy emulator in place of a **Mitsumi QuickDisk** for a **Roland MT-100**. [FlashFloppy](https://github.com/keirf/FlashFloppy) firmware was used for the emulation of the QuickDisk. This is not a 3.5" floppy case! It is a 2.8" Mitsumi QuickDisk adapter. It was designed specifically for the Roland MT-100 drive bay mounting holes. *This should also work with the Roland PR-100 digital sequencer.*
