Description
Bracket to support and center the Game Boy RETRO PIXEL IPS by Funny Playing as well as the RIPS V4 IPS Please see the images for installation instructions. Designed to work with the "3M custom installation tape" included in the kit. We recommend only removing the adhesive on the shell side, and not affix the display. A small piece of double-sided tape should be used to adhere to the LCD driver/Ribbon to the back of the LCD. Be aware that trimming of the viewport is recommended, about one row of pixels on the left and right is covered by the shell. Update Feb 2021 - Clearance for potentiometer on RIPS front PCB Update July 28th 2020 - Tolerance changes to better support the 3M custom tape on different shell types & side clips removed.
