Intex pump adapter for Polygroup / Summer Escape pool
Description
This is an adapter to attach an Intex pump to a Polygroup / Summer Escape pool. The hoses look like intex but are not. Attach this adapter to the inlet and outlet of the pump, reuse the old o-rings, hoses, and clamps. The design is my own, but my threaded nut initally was too tight. Instead of redesigning it I just used one another made. Go to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4412148 to download the nut and drop a like then print mine. Make sure to print hot enough for good layer adhesion to prevent failures and leaks. Fair warning, I used this on the supply side only. The outlet wall adapter came with the pump and included an aerator so I carefully cut the bulkhead hole bigger and used that. This adapter will work on the outlet but the pressure is much higher and I haven't tested it.
