Magnetic Mask Clasp
Description
A magnetic clasp, designed to speed up the equipping of face masks with tying straps! **Features** * Super quick mask application. * Can be removed from the mask when the mask should be cleaned. * Ensures a tight fit. **Required Components** * 1x **Face Mask with typing straps** - Obviously. * 4x **Neodymium Magnets (3x8mm diameter)** - Needed to ensure the clasp functionality. * **A printer which has pause functionality** - The magnets needs to somehow be inserted. **Printing Instructions** * Both clasps need to be printed. * Neodymium magnets listed above should be inserted into the prints. This should be done by pausing the print at key heights, inserting the magnet and then continuing it. **Ensure the orientation of the magnets is correct so they don't repel each other. Just insert them all facing the same way without changing the orientation of the parts on the bed.** * The magnet holes are closed starting with heights 10.2mm and 44.0mm. These are the heights where the print should be paused to insert the magnets. **Assembly Instructions** 1. Tie the straps of your mask through the provided holes on the clasps. See pictures for details. Both right straps of the mask go to the right clasp, left to the left. 2. When tying, you want to ensure a snug and tight fit, as you usually would with masks. 3.
