iodanem's Zuko's Pearl Dagger Handle Remix
Description
This is a remix of iodanem's "Zuko's pearl dagger". I recreated his handle and modified it to be more 3D printing friendly. The handle is now broken up into two separate pieces, the main body and the decals for the print-bed side. The two pieces are simply glued together to create the final product. For the blade, you will have to visit iodanem's original design. When I printed iodanem's design, 90% of the dagger was floating in the air due to the extrusions on the print-bed side this caused the bottom side of the handle to become a disgusting and droopy mess. The walls around the blade pocket were also far too thin so I wasn't able to get a proper bridge when printing flat, and when printed vertically cura outright ignored the walls. This design fixed those problems for me and I hope it can for anyone else wanting to print this themselves! Note: You will probably have to rotate the decal to lay flat on the print bed. Otherwise, it will be floating in the air just as the original design did.
