Bose 700 Headphones Bumper (Fix clicking noise) 2
Description
Important: You do need to print 3 wings! (file includes only 1) General info: After a rather lengthy process of swapping out the Bose 700 headphones for replacement units I discovered. One of the main big problems I was having was a clicking/ticking sound while I was walking or scratching my head this sound could be easily heard through the NC, even at level 10. This part has te be printed on an MSLA/SLA machine. Feel free to alter the design so it will fit your own pair of headphones. Note: You do need really thin PTFE heat shrink tubing in order for the bumper to fit in between the gap of the earcups. In my video, I showed the process of making the bumper it did not fit because I didn't buy the PTFE heat shrink. I could still return the headphones so I did. This is for the ones who can't return them or want to keep them but fix this issue.
