TEKK TERMINATOR I TS-200 18650 BATTERY INSERT
Description
I had a couple Tekk Terminator TS-200 radios lying around. Both batteries were toast, and I wanted a way to run them on 18650 cells instead of the old NiMh packs that are near impossible to find now, so I designed this insert. You'll need to cut a bit of perfboard to fit the bottom, and find some springs to solder to it and connect together. I used some springs designed for flashlights I had laying around. I'm not sure what would happen if you used the Tekk charger on these cells... I can't recommend trying it, as they are a different chemistry. I'll be charging my cells outside the radio on a standalone charger. They radio does operate perfectly. I have my doubts if anyone will ever use this file, these radios are somewhat rare.
