Bug-A-Salt 3.0 Trigger Sear
Description
It needs to be scaled down 50% in Cura. I designed this in Tinkercad it may need lite sanding. You will need SUPER GLUE. PLA was never strong enough! I did it in PTEG but I would imagine ABS or Nylon or polycarbonate would be way better. If you print it in something else and it lasts awhile please comment! I used supports and had to print the trigger interface part not joined together to be able to get the supports out.If you grab with a pair of needle nose or like pliers and twist it the supports will come out in one piece. I use the super glue to put the trigger interface into place. Also I put a little glue on the sear catch face because it keeps breaking. I don't think anyone has posted a disassembly video of the 3.0 yet. So I included some pictures that should help. The original sear wouldn't hold the bolt or release lever in place, It would go all the way back but not hold it. When I opened up the Bug-A-Salt 3.0 the back of the pivot rod hole was cracked right down the middle.
