2525 mgn12 XY T bar bracket with Idlers cheaper hardware version

Description

WHAT IS THIS ABOUT? Did you order 2525 extrusions on accident or something? One inch extrusions are also called 2525 they are 25mm by 25mm T slotted. and they're not used much so I ordered some on accident.. it's ok.. now I can design my own printer. So here is one part of it that uses low hardware because I'm tired of buying nuts and bolts and waiting for 30 days for a nut or bolt. I can reduce or use different parts that are cheaper.. So instead of screws and bolts I'm using metal rods that can be tapped in for idlers. this saves 6 components per item. This thing is for the MGN rail to the xy with idlers.. and back idlers.. it's uni idler so you don't have to pick a side it works on either side. This uses a piece of 5mm or close to that size stainless steel rod. I noticed that I was being nickle and dimed on hardware why use special M5 or M4 or M3 or M1 when all that is needed on most parts is a simple rod.. and my hardware store didn't keep many European parts made in China that take 30 or more days to arrive.. at a cost of $20 or more each time I need a new size nut or bolt.. Print at 100% I used a brim and tree supports with PLA Version history.. changelog.. Created Printed line up model.. Lined up holes and junk.. Created idlers.. Printed.. Model had bad adhesion due to thick part causing warping from thermal expansions. .. Please print with brim. Idler hole on top outer was only 7mm clearance.. was supposed to be 10mm updated size in new STL. Should function now. Printing. 7/23/2020 Print looks amazing but had some thermal expansion warping issues so added fins to lower this effect hopefully.. Printing Now! HARDWARE around 5mm thick stainless steel rod should be used to reduce maintenance and chance of failure due to rust. Cut the 5mm thick rods to 32mm length for all 3 holes.. The mgn rail uses the same screw size of mgn12
