Clip-on Softbox/Diffuser for Globe Electric LED Desk Lamp
Description
With all the Zoom etc meetings now you need to have decent lighting for your webcam. I made this to convert my Globe Electric LED Desk Lamp (model number 12643/4/5 depending on paint color) into a video light softbox for less blinding and softer more flattering light. All that is needed in addition to a compatible light and this print is a sheet of paper and some tape. The goosneck on the lamp works perfectly to position the diffuser above the typical 15" laptop screen. The clip/diffuser can be quickly removed to use the lamp as task light. The front of the softbox is 150mm x 100m, and it is 90mm deep. CAD files are included if you wish to modify it.
