AL BMG Air extruder mount for BLTouch
Description
This is a mount for the AL-BMG-Air direct extruder from Trianglelabs, so you can mount a genuine BLTouch - I use a BLTouch version 3.1. Don't use their supplied mount, it will snap the connector off! Trianglelabs says it is for the 3D Touch, not for the BLTouch. This is a very basic design, I think about adding a cap so the red glow doesn't shine into my webcam. Tell me what you think. The mount screws into the extruder with the M2-screws that Trianglelabs supplies with the extruder. The BLTouch is screwed in with M3 screws, you don't need nuts as the screws grip into the plastic. M3 screws should come with the BLTouch. M3x8 should be fine. The offsets: X: 2mm to the right (that's positive) Y: -41mm Z: -3.23 mm The z offset varies a bit, depending on the individual assembly of the hotend. The fit of the heatbreak and the nozzle make a difference.
