REQUIRES 0.2MM NOZZLE This print eliminates play between the heated bed and the carriage plate. The holes in the stock carriage plate where the bed leveling springs go are 0.2mm larger radius than the M3 leveling screws. If your springs aren't very tight or your acceleration and jerk are high enough, the bed will wobble and can shift around, causing very bad layer lines and dramatic shifts in the layers. The thumbscrew extends up into the carriage plate screw holes and fills the gap to prevent the screws from being able to wiggle around. The spacers help tighten up the springs and also help hold the screws in place as well as the springs. It effectively fixes the gap between the bed screws and the carriage plate that can cause the bed to shift along the y-axis when changing directions. There are three variations of the spacers/guides at heights of 2.2MM, 1.2MM and 0.5MM depths depending on how much room you have to tighten those springs up.
