Mac Quadra 700 micro (pi zero)

Mac Quadra 700 micro (pi zero)

Description

This is a Apple Macintosh Quadra 700 micro, scaled down to fit the Raspberry Pi Zero. I have been working on this model for two years, printed it four times, trying to doctor it up with bondo and different things, before making a change in Fusion 360. I think I am finally complete now. This model features an SD card slot, an opening for an LED on the front, plenty of ventillation, including room for a tiny fan on the back where one normally would go on the full size unit. Room under the board for it to still sit flush if you have soldered headers on. I have recently added holes for M2 2.5x3mm knurled nuts that you can add to this model along with M2 screws to hold the pi down. Included are three STL files, the base, the lid, and buttons, which on mine both push the same switch inside. The fan is about 15mm and I found it on ebay. I would just type "tiny fan raspberry pi" and look for the smallest one, if going that route. The openings on the back let you plug in the USBx2 and the Mini HDMI without issue.
