ESP8266 AI-Thinker Yellow DEV Slim Cover Lid Box
Description
7mm Slim Cover Lid Box for ESP8266 Yellow Development board. I needed cover for double sided wall mounted ESP8226 DEV PCB with cable entry cut outs and to cover the power led as it too bright at night. I made it flush mounting with cut outs for Dupont pins, ESP8266 shield, LDR, added reset button and capacitor. I also remove the tri color LED and replace with three red SMD LEDs. I also did a box versions with no cable entry, that allows you to see power LED and GPIO LEDS via viewing slit and another with LEDs hidden. If you print using white PLA the LEDs can shine though the white plastic so no LED slit is needed. Print Box base with smooth side on bed and no top layer and 10% infill.
