BPI-R64 snap fit case
Description
A simple snap fit case for a BananaPi R64 (BPI-R64) This is a two piece design with snap fits for connecting the top and bottom as well as snap pcb retainers. All interfaces are provided access as well as all user buttons. When I print this with PLA, I ease off the pcb snap-fit retainers slightly with a file to reduce the chance that they may snap off when removing the pcb. To remove the pcb, I use a thin tool to reach under the pcb through one of the vent slots to gently lift it up rather than applying backward pressure to the pcb retainer. PETG is a bit more flexible and more easily sanded, making post processing much easier and quicker making it a better material to print this in. Three lid (top) designs are provided 1 - blank, no gpio or console access 2 - Console only access 3 - All gpio and console access Both stl and f3d (fusion 360) files are included in the zip file
