dremel 75mm polisher mount adapter
Description
Dremel adapter fixed to a 75mm dia polisher. you can use this adapters for more kind of tools with a inner diameter of 13mm. im not recoment a bigger outer diameter disk then 75mm. remember we put all the wheight on a small 3mm shaft. test your speed first and turn it off when it start to vibrate ! *****start to polish on low speed for 1 minute, and look to the side of the polisher disk, if the disk is blank on half of the side then your disk is unbalanced, lose the screw a bit and pull the disk to the blank untouched side and retight the screw. until you feel the disk is more stable ***** use the 2 M3 washers from the rubber sander. and a longer M 2,5 screw around 2,5x10mm (stock screw from the rubber sander is to short 2,5x8mm) please always becarefull with high rpm turned 3d printed parts, it can explode in your face. never avoid safety glasses. i recoment to print it with hard elastic fillament such as PETG or Nylon. use 100% infill Don't cleam your hospital visit on my parts, play safe at your own risk. instagram: @Techno_Turk link to a video, https://www.instagram.com/p/CDZdGE4DWpo/
