M-Cube, a tiny CoreXY 3D printer

Description

So, this is my 3-rd printer. It's designed to print small objects, up to 150x160x140mm. External dimensions are 315x315x320mm. As usual, it made of aluminum profiles 10x10x1mm, aluminum tube of diameter 8mm and many bolts&nuts M3. As hotend is used MK10. Motors are some Nema14 for XY and some Nema17 for Z & E. I was printed all parts from PLA except motor holders, X-carriage, hotend holder and hotend cover, these parts are from PETG. This thing is still in-progress B.O.M. Aluminum profile 10x10mm, 1mm thick wall: 9x 284mm for upper frame, lower frame and Z-motor mount 4x 310mm for sides 2x 270mm for side reinforces 2x 204mm and 1x 154mm for bed carriage Aluminum round profile 8mm: 2x 280mm for X 2x 230mm for Y 2x 280mm for Z 1x trapezoid rod 250mm 8x8 (or 8x4 or 8x2) with appropriate nut 4x LM8UU for Z-axis 1x coupler 5mm/8mm 2x 16T pulley 6x 16T idler 2x smooth idler 2.5m GT2 belt 3x NEMA17 (or NEMA14) motor 3x microswitch for endstops 180x230mm glass 3mm thick 1x hotend MK8 or MK10 (Ender 3) 50cm of Capricorn tube (OD4, ID1.9 or 2) 1x 3010 fan for cooling heatsink 1x 4010 radial fan for cooling printed object Any geared extruder (BMG, Titan or DIY 3D printed...) Any mainboard (Anet, Ender, RAMPS with Arduino MEGA, SKR, GEN...) Any LCD display (2004, 12864) Wires M3 nuts, bolts and washers (mostly M3x20...) Update 09-13-2020: Removed some deprecated STLs, added new things. There is new Z-lift for classic LM8UU (15x24mm), since older Z-lift was very flexible and unstable. This new one need 2x LM8UU on each side and it's designed for use with trapezoidal rod 8x2 (or 8x4, 8x8 respectively). There is better levelling system for bed carriage too. I designed reinforce for idlers on Y-carriages and better hotend holder with two-way fanduct. Update 12-10-2020: Added new bed holder, cause the old system was unstable. Added front and back diagonal reinforces for better stability of the whole cube. Update 03-15-2021 Today i modified this thing for max print volume 160x160x160mm. Added new bed holder, adjusting knobs, x-carriage with shorter belt tensioners and new 360° fanduct for better cooling.
